Fourgon pénitentiaire attaqué dans l'Eure : deux agents tués, un détenu en fuite

Un rapport alarmant concernant les enfants, qui alerte sur les risques "pour leur santé, leur développement" et pour "l'avenir même de notre société et de notre civilisation". Le texte contient 29 préconisations pour guider les parents vers un usage raisonné des écrans.
