Quelque 15 millions de visiteurs et pas moins de 15 000 athlètes sont attendus dans la capitale du 26 juillet au 11 août, et à partir du 28 août jusqu'au 8 septembre pour les Jeux paralympiques. Mais une question subsiste : la France est-elle prête à accueillir cette gigantesque manifestation sportive ?
